Those living in Cold Climates
Underweight Dogs
- GRAINS can be hard to digest.
- Should never be served without first soaking in water.
- Oats, Barley, Rice, Corn & Spelt are best.
- Should be served separately to main meat meal ie: Breakfast
- ADD raw nuts, seeds & coconut ground finely & sprinkled on top.
- MILK – not necessary for adult dogs, Goats milk is best for digestion
- Natural unsweetened Yoghurt
BONES should never be cooked – they splinter which could cause serious damage to your dog. In the wild, dogs lived on the bones of both small & large animals.
VEGETARIAN Each species has the right to be fed its natural diet. I personally don’t eat meat – but feel strongly that my canine friends do need to.
SOY FOODS are not generally recommended for dogs, as they are hard to digest and can cause digestive upsets.
